Spring is here!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today I put summer tires back on my car and truck.  The G35 is tight and responsive again.  Snow tires are great for snow, but on dry pavement they&#8217;re a drag.  It&#8217;s like floating along on big floppy sponges.<\/p>\n<p>Bought a bunch more tools today, to leave in the tool cabinet in the garage.  Mostly things I already had (wrenches, screwdrivers), but I hate having to go down to the basement to get them.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow I guess I&#8217;ll do the post-season maintenance on the snow-blower and tuck it away somewhere.  I think I skipped the maintenance entirely last year&#8230; not good.<\/p>\n<p>And, if the weather cooperates, maybe spread some fresh topsoil and grass-seed&#8230; try to repair the grub damage from last year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I put summer tires back on my car and truck.
