I had to exchange the Harmony 628 I bought last week. The LCD contrast just kept fading in and out all the time. Usually out, the point of being completely unreadable. Costco exchanged it for me, no problem at all. The new unit is working perfectly.

Since Harmony saves all your programming and preferences on their web-site, it was dead easy to get the new unit up and running. Just plugged it in, upgraded its firmware, and then downloaded my programming again. Smooth.

My Mom had little difficulty operating the remote over the Easter weekend. That’s a good thing. She just needed me to find a button for her once in a while, her vision is not good without her glasses.
